1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tattoolottery site, visitors agree to these Terms and to any applicable Official Rules governing the giveaway. If a visitor does not agree, they should not use the site.

2. Giveaway Terms Control

The Official Rules govern giveaway eligibility, entries, prizes, odds, winner selection, and fulfillment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules with respect to the giveaway, the Official Rules control.

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

4. Site Use

Visitors may use the site only for lawful purposes. Visitors may not interfere with site operation, submit false or misleading information, abuse entry systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in fraud or any conduct that disrupts the giveaway.

5. Purchases and Payments

If checkout is available, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Tattoolottery does not store full payment card numbers. Purchases do not improve odds beyond the valid entries described in the Official Rules.

6. Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase is required to enter the giveaway. Details for the free Alternate Method of Entry are available at /amoe.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment may involve Inkliason for design support, artist matching, or winner next steps. Fulfillment terms are governed by the Official Rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, images, copy, and design belong to Tattoolottery or its licensors and may not be reused, copied, redistributed, or modified without prior written permission.

9. No Guarantee

Tattoolottery does not guarantee uninterrupted site access, specific tattoo outcomes, artist availability, travel availability, or prize substitutions except as stated in the Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tattoolottery and its affiliates, service providers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the site or participation in the giveaway.

11. Governing Law

Governing law: Laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
